1.Regularly replace the engine oil and filter The oil and filter of the excavator engine should be replaced on a regular basis, typically every 300 to 500 operating hours (depending on workload). Failure to replace them in due time may result in excessive contaminants in the oil, leading to decreased oil quality and subsequently affecting engine performance and longevity.
2.Clean the ventilation system Cleaning of the ventilation system is essential to maintain smooth airflow. The air filter within this system should also be regularly replaced to prevent blockages that could hinder proper air intake into the engine, significantly impacting normal operation. It is advisable to inspect it every 100 operating hours and clean the ventilation system every 500 hours.
3.Ensure cleanliness of the engine cooling system Proper cleaning of the engine cooling system is crucial. Frequent cleaning of radiators and coolers prevents dust or debris from obstructing pipes, which can impede heat dissipation and lead to overheating issues.
