Under normal operating conditions, different components are divided into daily (8-10 hours), weekly (about 50 hours), monthly (about 200 hours), quarterly (about 600 hours), and every six months (about 1200 hours) , Annual (approximately 2400 hours) regular inspections are used as a reference, but adjustments must be made based on the workload of the loader and the actual situation.
Inspection items every quarter/approximately 600 hours:
1. Perform engine cooling system cleaning. 2. Lubricate the charging generator and starter, and inspect electrical equipment and wiring connections. Remove any burn marks if detected. 3. Inspect engine valve clearance and valve timing. 4. Check injector advance angle, injection quality, and injection pressure; clean and adjust as necessary. 5. Inspect and clean brake master cylinder, as well as vent holes in front/rear axles, gearbox, and torque converter. 6. Replace diesel engine oil crankcase and fuel injection pump oil; apply grease to telescopic transmission shaft. 7. Examine working device cylinder, pressure pump, air reservoir, piston, distribution valve, brake valve, and air pipelines for damage or leakage.
Inspection items every six months/approximately 1,200 hours:
1. Clean engine oil pan along with fuel tank pipes. 2. Perform surface lubrication cleaning according to the lubrication chart; change oil accordingly. 3. Inspect handbrake for wear. 4. Verify functionality of all instruments and lights. 5. Check sealing cup of brake master cylinder for replacement.
Inspection items per year/approximately 2400 hours:
1. Inspect the diesel engine according to the engine manual.
2. Disassemble and inspect the gearbox, torque converter, front and rear axles, differentials, and wheel reducers according to actual conditions, and repair and replace damaged parts.
3. Check the steering gear, its steering angle, idling clearance, repair and replace damaged parts.
4. Disassemble and inspect each component of the braking system, repair and replace damaged parts.
5. Check whether the working device and frame are deformed, cracked, or damaged, and repair them in time.
Finally, if there is serious damage or large-scale maintenance, we can find professional maintenance personnel to help us better maintain the machinery. All operations must abide by the operating manual and factory regulations to avoid mistakes in self-repair and causing greater damage.
