The temperature is hot in summer, which is a time when loaders are prone to failure. Before the upcoming summer, in order to ensure that the loader can operate better, the loader needs to be inspected and maintained first, such as:
1.Comprehensively clean and tighten the cleanable parts of the cooling system, and remove scale in the cooling system as much as possible, especially in the radiator, to improve heat dissipation efficiency, keep the cooling system smooth and speed up cooling water cycle.
2.Check the fan's drive belt. Long-term use will cause fatigue and deformation of the belt, which will affect its cooling effect. When replacing a belt, make sure it is the correct model and length and that the tension is adjusted appropriately.
3.Conduct performance testing on various components of the loader's lubrication system to ensure that the indications of the oil pressure gauge and gearbox pressure gauge are accurate. At the same time, the oil in the gearbox, pitch converter and drive axle should be systematically checked, including the quality and quantity of the oil, and the oil should be kept clean.
4. The battery should pay attention to the liquid level of the electrolyte. In summer, high temperatures evaporate a lot and the liquid level drops. Distilled water or electrolyte should be added in time as needed to avoid plate oxidation. The dust and dirt on the battery surface should be cleaned.
There are many areas that need to be inspected. The article does not list them all, but for our safety, we need to be patient in inspection and maintenance. In addition to the above inspections, we also need to flush various cooling components and the fuselage, including the radiator of the loader. The dust and mud on the brake disc must be cleaned. However, when the temperature of parts such as loader brakes that cannot withstand large temperature differences is too high, cold water cannot be used to forcibly cool the brakes.
In summer, the cab is higher, so lighters, perfumes, cleaning agents, etc. that are high-temperature and explosive cannot be placed. If the sun is too strong, you can install sunshades appropriately to protect yourself from the sun, and add more water to prevent heatstroke.
