First of all, all maintenance of the loader must comply with the factory regulations, the operation manual and the work intensity to adjust the frequency and period of maintenance. Paying attention to daily maintenance can not only save maintenance costs, but also reduce the difficulty of maintenance and prevent work from being affected by major faults accumulated over a long period of time. Construction units should not neglect maintenance due to tight construction schedules. Failure to perform timely maintenance will increase the chance of hidden dangers.
Remember the following sequence before maintenance: Be sure to use qualified accessories and oil products. Don't just pursue cheap replacement of accessories and oil. Replacing inferior accessories will increase the probability of failure in the future. Park the loader on level ground, put the transmission control lever in neutral, put all accessories in the neutral position, pull up the parking brake, turn off the engine, turn off the power and take out the key.
Short-term inspection and maintenance: first check the instrument operating room, go around the loader to check if there are any abnormalities, check the coolant and fuel tank oil levels, and finally check the lubrication of the tires and drive shaft.
Regular inspection and maintenance: change engine oil and check other oil levels. Clean or replace the air filter element, check the bolts on the drive shaft link and diesel engine oil, and check for looseness in the welding joints and cracks in the fuselage. Pressure grease the bearings. To clean the radiator, water tank, and check the battery, apply a thin layer of Vaseline or butter on the joints.
Long-term inspection and maintenance: Clean the diesel tank and diesel filter, oil filter and oil pan. Replace the engine oil, transmission oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and filter element, check the engine valve clearance for dust accumulation and faults, and check various instruments. Check the tightness of the engine intake and exhaust pipes.
