When we operate a loader, safety is always the most important thing. Here are some safety precautions for operating a loader, which can help you operate the loader more safely and make your work and safety more secure.
Carry out oiling and maintenance on the loader regularly. The car must be warmed up for 5 minutes before starting, and the time should be extended in winter. Remember to let the loader cool down before parking with a high load.
Before starting the vehicle, check whether the fasteners in all parts are tight, whether the electrical circuits are damaged by short circuit, the fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, cooling system, etc. should be sufficient and leak-free, and the performance of the braking system should meet the requirements.
When handing over the shift every day, you must check whether the vehicle is in good condition and make a record of the shift handover. Handle and report abnormalities in a timely manner.
When starting the vehicle, observe the surroundings and make sure it is safe before honking the horn and starting the vehicle.
Do not raise and load the bucket when driving the loader, and do not leave the truck when the bucket is suspended in the air.
Do not load when there are people in the transport truck or when there are people around the vehicle. Load and unload when the loader is not stationary.
Do not stand or perform maintenance under the raised bucket.
There is a Chinese saying that safety is a person's greatest luck, I hope we can keep our luck!
