Before performing bucket maintenance, first flush the bucket with clean water. Then blow dry with compressed air, making sure the bucket is dry both inside and outside. If there is stubborn dirt on the bucket, you can use cleaning agent to clean it.

The teeth of a loader bucket are prone to wear. Regular inspections are also required. If the teeth are worn excessively, they must be replaced to maintain bucket performance. Use a ruler to measure the height of the tooth on the side of the tooth. If the height is lower than the specified value, the shovel teeth must be replaced. In addition to the shovel teeth, you also need to check the wear of the liner. The liner is a layer of protective material on the inside of the bucket that often needs to be replaced due to wear and tear. Use a ruler on the backing board to measure its thickness. If the thickness of the lining is lower than the specified value, the lining must be replaced.

During bucket maintenance, lubricating oil must be regularly injected into the lubrication chamber inside the bucket. Lubricating oil can reduce the wear of the shovel teeth and liners, while also improving the working efficiency of the bucket.

In addition to regular inspection and maintenance, daily maintenance and use are also very important. When the bucket is filled with soil and passed through the bridge, it is necessary to know whether the bridge can withstand the load of the full bucket. When entering the towing stage, the bucket should be lowered as low as possible. If encountering a downhill slope, the bucket blade should be lowered onto the slope to act as a brake to prevent the scraper from pushing the tractor down without braking. It is absolutely prohibited for the scraper to unload soil backwards on a downward slope.

If the scraper will not be used for a period of time, the dust on the fuselage should be cleared, parked on a flatter surface, the bucket placed on the ground, the bucket door closed, the unloading device retracted to the rear of the bucket, and the engine turned off. , use wooden blocks to support the mop firmly, use triangular wooden blocks to block the front and rear wheels, pull out the traction pin, move each control handle up and down several times to prevent oil spray, disengage the quick connector, and cover it with a cap good. If the bucket is parked on uneven ground for a short period of time, the bucket locking pin should be used to hang the bucket on the cylinder of the shaft frame to prevent the bucket from deforming.
