1. When shifting into gear, there are reasons why the gear cannot be entered smoothly.
(1) The pressure of the pressure valve is too low.
(2) The hydraulic pump is not working properly and the sealing is not good.
(3) The hydraulic pipeline is blocked.
(4) The clutch sealing ring is damaged or leaking.
(5) The gear valve stem is not in place.
2. There are reasons why the gear cannot be released when the gearbox is changing speed.
(1) The piston ring swells.
(2) The clutch friction plate is burned.
(3) The clutch return spring fails or is damaged.
(4) The oil return pipeline is blocked.
3. The loader is in gear but the loader runs weakly and cannot even walk.
(1) The friction plate is severely worn and the gap is too large.
(2) The clutch automatic emptying valve is not tightly sealed, causing the pressure to drop.
(3) The shift control valve pipeline is blocked.
(4) The cut-off valve cannot return to its original position.
(5) The positioning spring of the speed change valve is fatigued or broken, and the steel ball jumps.
(6) The clutch piston ring and sealing ring are severely worn, causing serious leakage.
4. The reasons why the control pressure is too low are:
(1) There is insufficient oil in the gearbox oil pan.
(2) Oil leakage from main oil passage.
(3) The transmission filter is clogged.
(4) The steering pump (or hydraulic pump) is damaged, causing serious internal leakage.
(5) The pressure of the gearbox pressure regulating valve is improperly adjusted.
(6) The gear pressure valve spring fails or breaks.
5. The reasons why the gearbox automatically disengages are:
(1) The positioning device of the shift control valve fails. The main reason for the failure is that the positioning steel ball is severely worn or the spring fails.
(2) Due to long-term use of the shift lever, the position and length of the lever have changed, and the ratio of the lever parts is inaccurate, causing deviations in the operating position, resulting in misalignment.
