What To Do When The Loader Water Temperature Is Too High?

When the temperature is high and the work is high-intensity, it is inevitable that the water temperature of the loader will be too high. Especially when the heat dissipation components fail, the problem of excessive temperature is particularly serious. The main manifestations are that the water temperature is too high and the cooling efficiency is poor, which will reduce the strength and life of the parts, and cause parts to become stuck and damaged. So what should you do when the loader water temperature is too high? Let's take a look!

1. Open the radiator water filler cap and check. If the cooling water in the radiator is calm, it means that the thermostat is working normally. Otherwise, it means that the thermostat is not working properly. This is because when the water temperature is lower than 70°C, the thermostat expansion cylinder is in a contracted state and the main valve is closed. When the water temperature is higher than 80°C, the expansion cylinder expands, the main valve gradually opens, and the circulating water in the radiator begins to flow.

2. When the water temperature gauge indicates below 70°C, if there is water flowing in the radiator inlet pipe and the water temperature is warm, the thermostat main valve is not closed tightly, causing the cooling water to circulate prematurely.

3. Inspection after the water temperature rises: In the early stages of engine operation, the water temperature rises rapidly. For example, when the water temperature gauge indicates 80 and the temperature rise rate slows down, it indicates that the thermostat is working normally. On the other hand, if the water temperature continues to rise rapidly and the boiling water suddenly overflows when the internal pressure reaches a certain level, it indicates that the main valve is stuck.

When the cooling system is clogged or some components are damaged, the overheating problem will be more serious, so focus on checking the following components:

The parts of the cooling system that are more likely to be blocked include: water tank (low water level will also affect the temperature), lack of water or excessive scale inside the cooling system. The radiator of the water tank has too much dust or the radiator is damaged. Focus on checking for damaged parts: water temperature gauge, water pump (which will affect water supply), fan and air guard, loose belts, and thermostat.

Finally, please do not overload the work and pay attention to whether the fuel supply advance angle of the fuel system needs to be adjusted. After the above processing, I believe that the water temperature of your loader can be within the normal range, and overheating problems will not occur!
