Yesterday we mentioned common tire failures. Today we will talk about some solutions to common tire failures on loaders!

① Use special tire protection chains in rocky working sites to reduce damage to tires caused by rocks and other substances.

② The degree of wear of coaxial tires should be roughly the same, that is, the principle of simultaneous replacement should be adopted as much as possible. Generally speaking, the front axle drive tires wear more than the rear axle drive tires, so the front axle tires can be replaced with rear axle tires regularly. Extend tire life.

③In order to reduce the use cost, the rear axle drive tires can be retreaded tires, and the front axle drive tires should be new tires.

④ Before shoveling materials, the driver should bring the bucket close to the ground and remove scattered materials in the work area. Especially when the loader is operating at an old house demolition site, it must be confirmed that there are no protrusions on the ground at the work site. Hard foreign objects to prevent accidental tire punctures.

⑤ If the tires are excessively worn, replace them in time. First of all, the tire carcass remains relatively intact at this time and can be retreaded. If the inner tube is intact, you can only replace the outer tire. Once a tire is punctured, if it is not replaced in time, the inner and outer tires will be scrapped at the same time and can only be disposed of as scrap tires. Gains outweigh losses.

I hope these five points will be helpful to you. If you usually wear a lot of tires, you can leave us a message and we will compile more relevant knowledge!
