1.From a demand perspective
As a type of construction machinery, excavators are widely used in various fields such as construction sites, road construction, coal mines, and river maintenance. Traditional tracked excavators have the problem of insufficient adaptability underground in certain construction sites, while wheeled excavators can play an advantage in these areas, thus receiving increasing attention from market demand.
2.From a technical perspective
Compared with traditional tracked excavators, wheeled excavators have increasingly mature technologies in terms of tires, motors, hydraulic devices, etc., making them perform better in terms of work efficiency, mobility, and other aspects. Especially in situations where the process requirements are not high but the machine is required to move frequently, wheeled excavators have advantages. At present, domestic and foreign construction machinery manufacturers have also begun to pay attention to this segmented market and have launched an increasingly diverse range of wheeled excavator products.
3.From an environmental perspective
Nowadays, environmental awareness is becoming increasingly popular, and traditional tracked excavators have been criticized for their damage to the land. However, wheeled excavators use rubber tires as a grounding method to avoid damaging the ground, and at the same time, the cost of restoring the land is lower after the work cycle ends.
