Maintenance of tractor hydraulic systems is inseparable from regular inspections and replacement of hydraulic oil in accordance with regulations. First, before regular maintenance of the hydraulic system, the cylinders and other hydraulic devices must be safely locked, the hydraulic oil cooled, and all system pressure in the hydraulic system released.
Check the pipes, pipes and hoses carefully and tighten all joints to the specified torque. Do not use bare hands to check for leaks. Use gloves or cardboard to check for leaks. If the solution gets onto your skin, seek medical attention as soon as possible.
Any loose or damaged fuel and lubricating oil lines, hard pipes and hoses of the hydraulic system. It may leak and cause fire. Please repair or replace it in time.
When checking the hydraulic oil level, the excavator should place the bucket on the ground and then turn off the engine. The oil level must be kept above the middle mark of the oil level gauge.
The hydraulic oil must be high-quality, clean hydraulic oil specified in the lubrication table. After the excavator has worked for a maximum of 2,000 hours, the working oil must be replaced. If the work intensity is high, the time should be shortened.
