If the surface is found to be dirty, you can also remove the fixing screws of the electronic fan screen and clean it in the opposite direction. Prevent surface dust from affecting the heat dissipation of the condenser. If the condenser dissipates heat well, the cooling effect of the air conditioner will be better and the service life of the compressor will be extended.
The air conditioning filter is an important protection device for the air conditioning system, and it is also an important gatekeeper of the air quality in the car. All air must first pass through the air conditioning filter. During this process, dust will adhere to the surface of the filter. Especially to prevent dust from adhering to the evaporator, the evaporator has an internal circulation filter element and an external circulation filter element, which are located under the cab seat. The daily cleaning of the filter element is once every two months. It is recommended that the air conditioning filter element replacement cycle be replaced at least once in the first half of the winter and summer seasons. When cleaning, use compressed air to blow out the dust and impurities on the filter. Do not use water to wash it to avoid damage to the filter.
The evaporator is relatively difficult to inspect and is located under or on top of the loader seat, but it should be inspected once a year before you start using the air conditioner. Check the evaporator channel and box for paper debris and carefully clean them with compressed air. If the fins are bent, straighten them carefully and clean the evaporator air inlet filter frequently. Check whether there are any gaps in the evaporator shell and whether there is a musty smell. The musty smell is likely to be caused by water accumulation, causing the insulation material to rot. Check whether there is oil on the surface of the evaporator.
