Start the engine. Firstly, check the appearance and various liquid levels of the machine (such as hydraulic oil and engine oil) to ensure that all components are securely installed, without cracks or deformation. Then, start the engine and preheat the machine for at least 5 minutes.
Adjust the working device. Lift the work device, lower the stick, pull up the hook rope, move to the work area, confirm that there are no obstacles, and then start working.
Operating control system. Use a joystick to control the stick, telescopic arm, and bucket. It is recommended to operate with both hands, pay attention to observing signal lights, warning devices, and visual prompts, and master the control of refueling load to improve work efficiency.
Driving operation. Before operation, carefully read the user manual, park the machine on a flat and hard ground, use manual or remote control to control driving, pay attention to keeping the machine stable, avoid driving on uneven roads, observe the front and surrounding environment, and avoid colliding with other vehicles or engineering equipment.
Maintenance and upkeep. Regularly clean and inspect the machine surface, including the tightness of each part, replace lubricating oil, engine oil, etc., to maintain the operation and performance of the machine.
Safe operation. Before carrying out any operations, ensure the safety of the work site, pay special attention to whether there are obstacles within the line of sight, keep the excavator in a stable load state during the operation, pay attention to controlling the speed and depth of the excavator, and adjust the pressure and flow rate of the pulley oil at any time.
In addition, the operation of the wheeled excavator also includes some basic settings inside the cab, such as adjusting the seat and rearview mirror, using the throttle and steering handle to control the machine's walking and movement, and pressing the operating lever to drive the machine.
