Under normal operating conditions, different components are divided into daily (8-10 hours), weekly (about 50 hours), monthly (about 200 hours), quarterly (about 600 hours), and every six months (about 1200 hours) , Annual (approximately 2400 hours) regular inspections are used as a reference, but adjustments must be made based on the workload of the loader and the actual situation.

(1) Daily/8-10 hours inspection items:

1. Check the oil level in the engine crankcase. The oil level of the fuel tank should be checked and the remaining amount should be added as specified.

2. After the work is completed, check the connecting bolts of the drive shaft and pins, the sealing and fixation of the engine, torque converter, gearbox, oil pump, and hydraulic steering gear, and whether there is overheating.

3. Check whether there is any leakage in the oil pipe, water pipe, and gas pipe.

4. Carry out necessary cleaning work to remove oil, dirt, debris, etc. from the machine.

(2) Inspection items per week/approximately 50 hours:

1. According to the lubrication instructions, add or replace lubricating oil.

2. Clean the engine oil filter, fuel primary filter and air filter.

3. Check the tightness of the fan and charging generator drive belts.

4. Check the oil level in the fuel injection pump and add oil if it is insufficient.

5. Check the battery liquid level and electrolyte specific gravity. The electrolyte level should be 10-15 mm above the plate.

6. Check whether the throttle, handbrake, transmission and other control lever systems are normal and flexible, and whether the stroke and clearance of the pedals are appropriate. Adjust and add lubricating oil as needed.

(3) Monthly/approximately 200 hours of inspection items:

1. Check the tire pressure and wear. The tire pressure should be low when the ground is soft.

3. Clean the oil filters of the hydraulic oil tank and transmission oil tank.

4. Add grease to the water pump bearings and drive shaft according to the lubrication chart.

5. Check the oil level of the front and rear axle main transmission and wheel reducer

6. Check whether the bolts of the swing frame, front and rear axle wheel housings and brakes are firm.

7. Check the front and rear frames and working devices to see if there are any cracks in the stress-bearing welds.

8. Check the piston and seal in the brake master cylinder for mechanical damage and grooves in the seal.
